A.XS: UP TO 27" (under 69cm)=$199.99
B.SM/MED- 28"-34" (69cm-86cm)= $199.99

2.LENGTH- To determine length, measure from the Natural Waist (right above hips), down to desired length. If you will be wearing high heels with the skirt, you should take that into consideration!
